Project Rebirth.

To commemorate the beginning after the end, I've given the forum a facelift. Out with the childish light blue theme, and in with a sleek black weave of love and hardship.

I will not delete the posts from the old days.. Not yet, anyway. Currently, only myself and Fatalis are the only ones who frequent the forum now, but we'll soon be setting our grand plan of rejuvenation into action, and hopefully seeing some new faces. And to these new faces.. You may think SM64 machinima isn't over, but it is.

It died. You're nothing more than latecomers to a party, sadly. Most of you've only seen the remnants of it's former glory. There were hundreds, if not thousands of us. Fairly scattered about, oblivious that were more of us, if only we'd look harder. When the more popular and famous among us (I, myself, though I wasn't nearly as popular as some..) quit from loss of interest and the loss of important resources, everyone thought the ride was over and moved on.

I think we all want the community to flourish once more, but the only way that'll happen is if we all work together.
I know how we MIGHT be able to revive SM64. And it's not just blooper videos or overused storylines, but something truely worth our time and effort.

So, please.. If you call yourself a SM64 Machinimist, join us. With enough support, I KNOW we can make this work. As soon as it's ready, I'll explain my plan and we can finally bring SM64 Machinima back from the shadows.

Project rebirth, huh? I'm listening...it sounds to me like a whole crapload of SM64 Machinima is going to be uploaded on youtube at once. Journey To The Ultimate Evil/Chaos is in.

Edit: btw, the only reason I made this account is to see what's happening here. I know a couple of others that would be willing to help on this.

Project Rebirth is more to show just how good a SM64 machinima can really be. They'll be short episodes, but they should highlight some awesome stuff. I'll also probably teach people how to make machinima in general.

Nope, that's juuust the beginning. Eventually, we'll be working on getting Mario 64 Movie Maker back in working order, and I'll also be making tutorials so people can improve their videos.

Hi, I don't know if any of you remember me but I am an on-again/off-again SM64 Machinimist by the name of Ultimategamer5567 (formerly superoptimusN64) on YouTube. I have been around the community for almost five years and I could help get Project Rebirth some more viewers, at the very least. I know a few that are big Mario fans and former SM64 machinima viewers that would totally dig a revival. Lemme know if you want me to help at all.
